We Are Determined To Sustain The Bar of Success In NPC:DG.

The Director General, National Productivity Center NPC, Dr Chief Kashim Akor has expressed satisfaction with the selection process of the best staff of the year award for 2022 conducted by the agency.
Dr Chief Kashim Akor who expressed satisfaction during his address to mark the program on Thursday at the corporate headquarters, said the centre was determined to carry it’s activities to the highest level of best practices.
He said the current feat achieved in a record was the collective efforts and supports of the entire staff, advising them to sustain the tempo.
Dr Akor maintained that the agency in the last few years had demonstrated a high bar of productivity in all ramifications, stating that he is proud to identify with such rare feat and success that had placed the agency among the best government parastatals in Nigeria.
“We have raised the bar of performance and developed high confidence from Nigerians, organizations in the area of training and re-training, as we are determined not to concede anything short of it”.
“We are leaving a legacy that subsequent Chief Executive of NPC will contend with in the area of measurement and evaluation, saying it is now left for a dint of hardwork to keep the system afloat “.
He urged the staff to further rededicate themselves to the progress and development of the agency so as continue to deliver on the mandate of the agency.
He commended the workers union, the Non- Academic Staff Union NASU for arriving at an objective results in the selection of winners of the award.
“I deliberately allowed the workers union to be the judge in their own court, to avoid any distractions and fair judgement.”
He called for more team work from all departments in the agency to ensure more positive results.
Highlights of the occasion includes presentation of certificates to the best workers of the year across departments, dancing competition among others
