The candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, for Ajaokuta Federal Constituency in the forthcoming general elections, Barrister Sani Egidi Abdulraheem has paid WAEC fees for three best students of UBE Secondary School, Ganaja in Ajaokuta Local Government Area of the state
Barr. Abdulraheem had during a visit on the invitation of the management and staff of the school , promised that as part of his usual gesture towards supporting the education of the less privileged in the society, he would pay the WAEC fees for three best students of the school.
The school authority during the visit had acknowledged the immense contributions of Barr.Abdulraheem to the advancement of education in Ajaokuta federal Constituency over the years , which they noted holds the key to the development of any society.
The APC House of Representatives candidate at the presentation of the money for the WAEC fees to the three best students, said he will continue to give priority to education, especially to the indigent ones in Ajaokuta federal Constituency.
While congratulating the students for their brilliance, he urged them to sustain the momentum to enable them excel in their various endeavours.
Barr.Abdulraheem also stated that he will continue with his other empowerment programs that cut across health, women and youth development as well as provision of infrastructure.
Mr Ahmed Muhammed who spoke on behalf of the parents of the beneficiaries eulogized Barr. Abdulraheem for making it possible for the less privileged to have access to education.
Mr Ahmed prayed for the fulfilment of the heart desires of the APC House of Representatives candidate.
The beneficiaries of the Barr. Sani Egidi Abdulraheem WAEC fees are, Olaolu Michael, Sunday Ezekiel and Usman Atiku.
