Kogi govt freezes state, LGC Accounts.
The kogi state Government has ordered immediate frozen of state and Local Government Councils accounts.
This was contain in a circular marked kG/ MFBP/Adm/vol11/10 signed by the Hon Commissioner for Finance , Budget and Planning Asiwaji Asiru Idris who directed that no imprest or any form of government payment should be made to any one from government Accounts henceforth.
The statement added that all standing orders and instructions are hereby cancelled forthwith.
It further directed that all kogi state and local Government Councils accounts should be frozen with immediate effect from the 23rd of November,2023.
