* Appointment well deserved
The entire people of Omala Local Government Area of kogi state have expressed utmost appreciation to his excellency, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, for the appointment of Atuluku Victor Levi as commissioner designate for ministry of Transportation from the area.
Addressing a world press conference in Lokoja on Thursday , a former Adviser to the Governor on Youth Empowerment, Hon. Atanu Okpanachi Jonalson, ( Mugabe) commended his excellency, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo describing the appointment as well deserved and a round peg in a round hole.
Hon. Okpanachi Jonalson , says the entire people of Omala devoid of political , religious and other mundane cleaverages have been enveloped in estatic jubilations as the appointment is laden with potentials for unity , growth and development of Omala.
According to Hon.Mugabe” His Excellency, has met the expectations of our people. His choice of Atuluku Victor Levi has oiled the yearnings and aspirations of our people.We assured him that the appointment will galvanise and energise our people for the implementation of policies and programmes of the government.
While acknowledging the effort of the former governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello for his untiring efforts to enthrone continuity of government in order to fast track development to the people, restated the commitment of the people of Omala to the present administration.
He called on the people to avoid tendencies that will clog the wheel of development and to give maximum loyalty and support to the Governor, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo.
Meanwhile, the former Adviser, extends his heartfelt congratulations to the newest commissioner, Hon. Atuluku Victor Levi and pray Almighty God to imbue him with wisdom and understanding to discharge his duties effectively and efficiently to the glory of God and humanity.
