Eid Al-Adha: Dr. Atabo Fetes Muslims, Gov. Ododo And Deputy

The Senior Special Assistant to the Kogi State Governor on Informal and Vocational Education, Dr. Aminu Atabo, has extended felicitations to Muslim Ummah, Governor Usman Ododo, and his Deputy, Comrade Joel Salifu, on the occasion of Eid Al-Adha.

In his Sallah message, Dr. Atabo called on Muslim faithful to seek Allah’s blessings for peace, unity, security, and economic prosperity in Kogi State. He offered prayers for divine guidance and protection for the governor and his deputy as they steer the affairs of the state.

Commending Governor Ododo for his development strides, particularly in Omala Local Government Area, Dr. Atabo noted that the administration has demonstrated genuine love for the area. He cited the impending rehabilitation of the long-abandoned Abejukolo Township road, which the governor has ordered to commence immediately after the Sallah celebrations, as a testament to the unprecedented development Omala will witness under Ododo’s leadership.

Dr. Atabo also expressed gratitude to the governor for his recent appointment and pledged his unwavering support to the administration, promising to justify the task entrusted to him.

Eid Al-Adha, which commemorates Prophet Ibrahim’s willingness to sacrifice his son, is a significant event in the Islamic calendar celebrated globally.
