Kogi gets New NSCDC Commandant, promises to strengthen Security Architecture.

The new commandant of Kogi state command of Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, CD Esther Akinlade has assured the state of a renew commitment to strengthen Security Architecture to respond appropriately to crime and criminality across the state .
Commandant Akinlade made the disclosure in a ceremony heldĀ by the command to welcome herĀ to the state on Wednesday in Lokoja.
She charged the personnelĀ to be dutiful and shun all forms of characters and exhibitions that are not in tandem with standard of operation of the corps . Speaking further she warned officers who indulged in truancy and absenteeism to turn a new leaf in order not to run foul of the law.
While appreciating the Commandant General Ahmed Abubakar Audi PhD Mni OFR for the opportunity given to her to serve in the capacity of Kogi State Commandant she promised to make the State unbearable for miscreants and perpetrators of crimes and criminality.
She equally Commended the outgoing commandant, who has been elevated to Assistant Commandant General ACG , Paul Egwebuike and posted to Headquarters for his contributions to the reduction of crimes and criminality in the state and promised to build on his achievements.
