The reality of this day , 25 years ago, is the reality of life and death.
This is a note of appreciation to all who share in the grief of this day and yet recount the life and times of Dr. Steven Makoji Achema 25 years after certainly with mixed feelings but with a deeper sense of loss.
We thank all the people who have in one way or another helped to enliven the gloomy atmosphere of death 25 years ago with a sense of renewed spirit that even after death a man of substance lives on because his legacies linger on and speak volumes.
The energies and resources committed to making this 25th memorial anniversary of Dr. Steven Makoji Achema, a reality can not be quantified.
The planning committee wishes to welcome us all to the events of today at Idah while thanking you all who have contributed and are still contributing towards the success of the events. We will address specific groups and personalities as the activities progress.
