Olla Killing: Hon. Edibo Pledges Justice for Mallama Abibetu Abdul

The Executive Chairman of Omala LGA, Hon. Edibo Peter Ameh Mark expressed shock over the gruesome murder of Mallama Abibetu Abdul on her farm by one Yahyu Omale Musa at Olla on 25th/July/2025.
While on a condolence visit to the family of the deceased, the Executive Chairman, represented by the Vice Chairman, Hon.Alhassan Adijetu Egume prayed God to accept the soul of the departed and grant the family and friends of the deceased the grace to bear the loss.
According to her, “government has activated necessary security apparatus to ensure that the killer faces justice so that the soul of the deceased could rest in peace.
The family of the late. Mallama Abibetu Abdul expressed their gratitude to the Executive Chairman of Omala Local Government Area for his prompt response to the crisis.
They pleaded with the government to ensure justice is served, noting that the suspect is already in custody.
The District Head of Olla Ward also commended the Local Government Chairman for his prompt response to the incidence, demonstrating the government’s commitment to the safety and well being of its citizens.
The Vice Chairman assured that the suspect, who has been presented to the police will face the full weight of the law. “This commitment underscores our determination to uphold justice and ensure that those responsible for evil act are held accountable for their actions”, she said.
