In his determination to fortify traditional institution and ensure lasting peace, kogi state Governor, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo has given nod for the creation of a distinct stool for Bagana to address the lingering feud in the communities.
This is just as he has equally created the
Ohiekura Of Osara ,Ohireba Anebira Of Lokoja and renamed Ohi Of Eganyi to OHI OF AJAOKUTA And Chairman Ajaokuta LG Traditional Council.*
In a similar development, the suspended Traditional Ruler, *ONU IFE OF OMALA* who also doubles as the Chairman Of Omala LG Traditional Council, has been reinstated, having shown remorse and regretted his actions. Hence, his suspension has been lifted by the Kogi State Executive Council.
This was disclosed by the commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs Barrister Salami Ozigi Deedat, at the State Executive Council Meeting yesterday.
