Fed.poly Idah appoints Barr. Bala Mohammed as Ag. Director of Legal Services.

The Top Management Committee(TMC) has approved the appointment of Barrister Bala Mohammed of the Department of Social Sciences and Humanities as the Acting Director, Directorate of Legal Services, Federal Polytechnic Idah.
The Directorate, as contained in his letter signed by Abdulkadir B. Abba, Registrar & Secretary to the Governing Council of the Institution was a directive of the Governing Council at the 98th regular meeting held on 24th November, 2022.
The new Directorate , is under the Office of the Rector, the letter stated.
Barr. Mohammed, as an Ag. Director is to serve as liaison between the Management and the Legal Retainer of the Institution, keep proper records of all legal matters involving the Polytechnic as well as drafting memorandum of understanding MOu between the Polytechnic and other parties as the need arises.
More so, his functions include advising the Council and Management on all Legal matters, administering Oaths on staff and students as the case may be and any other responsibility assigned by the Council or Management.
