Niger passes Traffic MGT., Motor Vehicle ADM into Law.

Niger state House of Assembly has considered and passed into law two Bills which are a Bill for a law to establish agency for traffic management in Niger State and for other matters connected purposes thereto 2021 and a Bill for a law to establish an agency for motor vehicle administration and for other matters connected purposes thereto 2021.
The two bills were considered and approved sequel to the reports of the joint committee’s of judiciary and transport of the legislature at the plenary of the house which was presented by the committee chairman,Hon Bello Ahmed Agwara .
Subsequently upon the receipt of the report in the house at plenary, the house dessolved into the committee of the whole for the clause by clause consideration of the two bills which were unanimously adopted and approved by the house.
In his remarks at the end of the committee of the whole exercise, the Deputy speaker Hon Jibrin Ndagi Baba (Lavun)who stood for the speaker at the plenary directed the clerk of the Assembly to write five copies and send it to the executive for further necessary action.
He then commended the joint committee’s for a job Well done.
