*Hon. Aboh, Peace Accord Committee Visit Bagana*

Omala Local Government Council Chief Executive, Hon. Chief (Alh) Ibrahim Yakubu Aboh along with the committee he set up to look into crisis rocking Bagana and it’s environs stormed Bagana as part of the committee work.
The security conscious Chairman, who would not stay in his office to await report of the committee led by example by leading from the front.
He appealed to some youths comprising of Omagede, Ihiamkpe, the Hausa , Nupe, Kakanda communities and Igala who converged on the town tro welcome the committee on assessment of the situation.
The people were in agreement to give peace a chance by developing strong confidence and forgiving spirit backed with prayers to help restore permanent peace.
He stressed that his government, the state government and the committee are not resting on their oars, urged citizens to rise up to the ocassion in prayers and support, as they await successful completion of the Committee’s assignment.
The Committee chaired by Col. Suleiman Babanawa (Rtd) expressed confidence in the return of peace following the determination and huge support from the Executive Chairman. He asserted that the material and human resources deployed and exerted in this course will not be a waste. He stated that this is part of confidence building process and gave stern warning against any efforts geared at thwarting or jeopardizing efforts of the committee.
Members of the community present showed cause and willingness to abide by the outcome of the Committee’s recommendation, thanked the Chairman for standing by them in their trying moment, as they joined him and the Committee to tour rounds Bagana community to see things for themselves.
