Kogi Assembly: Lokoja 2 PDP Likeminds purchases intent form for Hon. Yunusa Chado
As part of efforts to make Hon. Yakubu Yunusa Chado the next House of Assembly Member, Representing Lokoja 2, a group Lokoja 2 Like minds have purchased the intent form for him to context on the Platform of the Peoples Democratic Party.
Speaking on behalf of the group, after the purchase of the form at the PDP State Secretariat, Chief Eleson Zekeri, from Oworo Ward while addressing the press, said the gesture to purchase the form is a reward for Hon. Yunusa’s hardwork and loyalty to the PDP.
He described Hon. Yunusa as a humble personality who has remained consistent with the ideals of the PDP, said aside the purchase of the form, the group will fund the election.
While noting that the group will not stop at the purchase of intent form alone for Hon. Yunusa, said it has begun door to door campaign to ensure that the aspiration is realized.
While pointing out that the zoning of the Assembly seat favours Hon. Yunusa from Kakanda Ward, described Lokoja 2 as a PDP dominated area, pointing out that the party has always won election in the district.
He urged other politicians to emulate the virtues of Hon. Yunusa, maintaining that he is not only a grassroots politician, has remain committed to the PDP since its formation.
Chief Eleson expressed confidence that Hon. Yunusa will win convincingly in the forthcoming House of Assembly election for Lokoja 2 if given the ticket, described him as what Lokoja 2 State Constituency needs going forward.
