Kogi CP presents over #13M Group Assurance benefits to 4 slain officers.
The Commissioner of Police, Kogi State Command ably represented by the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Administration, DCP Adekunle Olusokan, presented cheques worth N13,411, 594 .65 on behalf of Inspector General of Police, IGP Alkali Baba Usman psc (+), NPM, fdc to the families of four (4) deceased Police Officers.
The gesture is part of IGP’s “Family welfare package” aimed at improving the welfare of the families of the deceased Police Officers and also to boost the morale of other Officers who are in active service.
The Deputy Commissioner of Police while presenting the cheques, appreciates the Inspector General of Police, IGP Alkali Baba Usman psc (+), NPM, fdc, for assisting in reducing the hardship faced by the families of the deceased Officers. He urged the beneficiaries to make judicious use of the money for the betterment of their families.
The beneficiaries, appreciate the IGP for the gesture and promised to make use of the the money for the benefits of their families.
