The people of Odo District in Omala Local Government Area have been urged to work collectively for the overall development of the district.
The Onu Ife and chairman Omala Area Traditional Council, chief Boniface Musa gave the advice at the presentation of appointment letter and coronation of chief David Akpa as the OCHALLA ONU IFE and DISTRICT HEAD Of ODOH at Abejukolo.
Chief Musa noted that there was a need for unity among the people of the district to attract more democracy dividends to the area stressing that the must cooperate with the new traditional ruler for meaningful development to take place in the area.
The Onu Ife called on the new traditional ruler to always mobilize his subjects towards supporting the policies and programs of the present administration for meaningful development to take place in the area.
Responding the new Ochala-Onu Ife and District Head of Odo, chief David Akpa promised to ensure equity and fairness in carrying out his duties.
He appealed to the entire people of his domain to work as a team for the overall development of the area.
