While concentrating on the building of new hospitals and Reconstruction of existing ones, he hung on his shoulders the advancement of human factor in driving his development mantra in the sector, as high calibre professionals were recruited, existing ones trained and retrained to achieve their mandate of kicking out sicknesses and diseases out of the state.
