The Former vice President, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar has joined millions of Nigerians to commiserate with the former governor of Kogi state, Alhaji Ibrahim Idris over the death of his son , Late Mohammed Ibrahim Idris.
Atiku Abubakar who came to the former Kogi Governor’s residence at Asokoro on Monday expressed sadness over the demise of Rt Honorable Mohammed Ibrahim Idris.
While consoling Jakadan Sokoto and the entire family, he prayed that Almighty God will forgive the deceased his shortcomings and reward him with Alajantul firdaus.
He appeal to the former governor to accept the current situation, stating that Almighty God knows the best , as we will all taste death at our appointed time.
He prayed for the immediate family of the late former federal lawmaker, asking for Allah’s guidance and protection of the family he left behind.
Responding to the visit of the former Vice President, Alhaji Ibrahim Idris thanked him for making time to remember him during his grief, stating that the situation was quite unbearable, but with their prayers, he is confident that Almighty God will take control.
