Kogi NSCDC warns officers against job racketeering, organises 3day workshop.
The kogi state Commandant of Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, NSCDC CD Esther Akinlande has warned officers of the command against job fraud and other sharp practices.
The commandant gave the warning on Thursday at a 3 day workshop with the theme: Incessant Job racketeering, held in Lokoja.
She noted that the directive is in line with the policy of Commandant General, Dr Ahmed Abubakar Audi mni OFR whose strategies are targeted towards capacity building for the Corps .
The State Commandant in her remark stressed on the implication of personnel indulging in any form of practice that’s inimical to the rudiments of the job and standard of operation.
she harped that together we can stand united against any form of malpractice that undermines the trust placed on the corps by the public

In his remark Mr Okoro J Ulu appreciated the Corps for organising the work shop which dwells on bringing to light exhibitions that are not in tandem with the acceptable practices in the Corps.
He urged the personnel to embrace the values of honesty, diligence, and respect for the rule of law and to be the guardians of truth and defenders of justice.
