Kogi CoS, Asuku Extols Ohinoyi of Ahoko on Peace, Supports Community Development With N0.5million

The Kogi State Chief of Staff, Pharm Abdulkarim Jamiu Asuku has tasked the new Ohinoyi of Ahoko, HRH Alh Ibrahim Babawo on the need to continue to sustain the peace the State is known for.

Pharm Asuku gave the charge at the Turbaning Ceremony of Ohinoyi (HRH) Alhassan Ibrahim Isah, (Aizhi-Inomi Rahi) held at the Ahoko Civic Centre, Kogi LGA, described the peace witnessed in the State as a signature of the Gov. Yahaya Bello’s administration.

Pharm Asuku extolled the Royal father on the need to maintain peace in his community, described the location of Ahoko as strategic, reason why the peace and security of the area remains a priority.

The Chief of Staff, represented at the occasion by the Kogi State Commissioner for Solid Minerals and Natural Resources, Engr. Bashiru Gegu described peace as the only catalyst for development.

Pharm Asuku supported the community with N0.5 million Naira, described the people of Ahoko community as people who have lived peacefully amongst themselves, charged the new Royal father to sustain the feat.

While he assured that the present administration will continue to improve on the infrastructure development of the area, mentioned that Kogi LGA will continue to get the desired attention from the administration of Gov Yahaya Bello.

The Chief of Staff congratulated the Royal father on the ascension of the throne of his forefathers, urged him to carry along all shades of opinion in the discharge of his responsibility.
