In its renewed vigour to shore up the fortune of the company, the board of directors of Ownership Realty Ltd has promoted its loyal staff to the rank of Executive Director with immediate effect.
In a statement signed by the Managing Director, Mr Olayinka – Martin’s Akeem and made available to Treasuretimes on Tuesday stated that Funmilayo A. Olayinka-martins has been elevated to the position of Excutive Director, (Corporate affairs & Business Dev.) while Simisola Susan Akindipe is Head, Agency Operations.
The statement added that their promotion was a reward for diligence, hardwork and dedication to duty stressing that the organisation is leveraging on their experience to making her a phenomenon in the build sector.
Funmilayo Olayinka-Martins who is a graduate of Computer Science, a team player and member, board of directors of the company has participated actively towards the success of the company in several capacities since inception in 2008.
Prior to her present appointment, she was the executive director in charge of the company operations.
Also promoted is Akindipe Simisola who was a senior agency/Marketing officer in Lagos office of the company before her new appointment as head , Agency Operations.
She worked briefly in banking sector before moving to Access Properties Ltd, where she had her tutelage and developed a career in real estate marketing.
She studied Office Technology & Management from The Polytechnic, Ibadan, joined Ownership realty ltd in 2019 as estate officer and later rose through the ranks to become the company’s senior agency officer, a position she held for 2 years before her recent elevation to Head, Agency Operations.
