Kogi Guber: Dr. Elukpo certain to emerge ADP Candidate.

As the parties were putting finishing touches for the conduct of their Primaries, a frontline PDP leader, Dr. Julius Elukpo is in high level talks with Action Democratic Party ADP to enable him fly their flag in the November, 2023 governorship election in Kogi state.
The legal icon who was touted by his supporters to pick expression of intent and Normination forms of PDP was to jettison his ambition for what he termed personal reasons.
Dr. Elukpo while speaking to Treasure times on Sunday through phone, said ,he was already in talks with the leadership of the ADP to fly her ticket in the forthcoming election.
He assured his supporters and the people of the state of his preparedness and commitment to serve them, stressing further that, he has concluded arrangement for a party that will enhance his chances of winning the election.
Dr. Julius Elukpo, an academician, Insurance expert, activist, and philanthropist is the chairman Kogi state Elders forum and hails from Bassa Local Government Areas in Kogi East.
