Kogi Guber election: Court voids APC ad-hoc delegates list, adopts Direct primary.
Honourable Justice Omotosho of Court 9 of the Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has nullify the delegates list for the conduct of indirect governorship primary election in Kogi State and order APC to either conduct fresh delegates congress or go for direct mode of primary election to elect the governorship candidate for APC.
According to the Honourable Justice Omotosho there was no evidence of conduct of delegate congress before him.
Recall that on the 7th February 2023, the All Progressives Congress APC order for delegates congress in Kogi state to elect adhoc delegates , but outcome has been shrouded in controversy.
