Kogi State Commissioner for Education Science and Technology, Hon. Wemi Jones (FCIB), has admonished students in the state to obey their teachers and be dedicated to their studies.
Jones stated this while on inspection tour of some schools in Okehi and Adavi Local Government Areas of Kogi State.
Addressing students at Al- Adabiya Primary and Secondary School Eika Ohizenyi, Okehi, the commissioner said the State Government would support them if they want to be successful in life.
He emphasized that the government was committed towards making sure that they had the best of education.
The commissioner added that with focus and obedient to teachers instructions they would become whatever they want to be in life.
He enjoined the School Authority to exposed the students to computer literacy as the world was becoming digitally sophisticated.
The commissioner promised that the school would be assisted with sets of computers if it would be secured.
The highpoints of the visit was the donation of Notebooks and School Bags to the students.
