Ex-Appointees Under Wada Laud Kogi Governor’s Impactful First 100 Days

The Forum of Ex-Appointees under the administration of Capt. Idris Wada, has lauded the performance of the incumbent Gov. Ahmed Usman Ododo, as he marks his first 100 days in office.

In a Press Release made available to Newsmen, the Forum described Governor Ododo’s tenure thus far as a demonstration of purposeful leadership and an unwavering commitment to building upon the solid foundation laid by his predecessor.

“Within these first 100 days, Governor Ododo has already made significant strides in improving the welfare of civil servants, moves to disburse student bursaries, ensuring prompt payment of pensioners, advancing road construction projects, bolstering security measures by provision of operational vehicles for security outfits, and distributing palliatives across the state,” the Forum stated.

The Forum further commended the Governor’s efforts in proposing the Adogo Cargo Airport initiative, asserting that these actions have showcased Ododo’s readiness to lead the state towards unprecedented development during his full term in office. The Forum maintained that the strides put in place within this short time is signaling a potential era of continued progress and stability for the people of Kogi State if maintained.

The Ex-Appointees used the opportunity to plead with the Governor to offset their salary arrears as earlier promised. They prayed God Almighty to guide the Governor as they pledged their unalloyed support to his administration.
