The All Progressives Congress (APC) today, 6th December 2025, conducted its Chairmanship Primary Election in Omala Local Government Area, where Hon. Edibo Peter Ameh Mark emerged victorious.
Hon. Edibo secured a total of 10,344 votes, the highest in the contest, thereby earning his re-election as the APC Chairmanship candidate for Omala LGA.
The primary election was peaceful, transparent, and duly monitored by accredited observers from the Kogi State Independent Electoral Commission (KOSIEC), who commended the orderly conduct throughout the process.
With this victory, Hon. Edibo Peter Ameh Mark moves forward as the party’s flag bearer ahead of the forthcoming local government elections.
