Alhaji Idris Abubakar Lokoja, Special Adviser, Inter Party Relations to Gov. Yahaya Bello has sent a message of appreciation to Gov. Yahaya Bello for finding Prince Shuaibu Abubakar Audu, Kogi State Ministerial Nominee, worthy of appointment.
In a message released to Newsmen, Alhaji Idris, Special Adviser, Inter Party Relations, described Gov. Bello as a worthy leader with penchant for discovering young people to serve their fatherland, described the appointment by Gov. Bello of Prince Shaibu as well deserved.
The Special Adviser desclosed that Gov. Bello remains a detribalized leader, who has through his program and policies united the different segments of the State.
The Special Adviser congratulated Gov. Bello on the choice of the new Minister from Kogi State, saying aside his young age, potentials and exposure, Prince Shaibu will help galvanise the new administration under Tinubu’s leadership.
According to Idris, the new appointment will also serve as a reward to the pragmatic leadership and sacrificed made by the first and second Executive Governor of Kogi State, Late Prince Abubakar Audu of the blessed memory.
Idris expressed gratitude to God, Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello, for their contribution towards the emergence of Prince Shaibu as Minister from Kogi State.
According to the statement, “Alhaji Shuaibu Audu, a renowned banker with about 20 years banking experience will work hard to ensure success of present administration and will justify the confidence repose in him.”
The Special Adviser asked the people of Kogi state to rally round the Minister by extending more political support to him so as to enable him attract more dividends of democracy to the State and Nigeria at large.
He described Prince Shuaibu Abubakar Audu as a vibrant leader who will take the country to greater heights in all ramifications, again thanked Gov. Bello for the nomination.
The Special Adviser assured that with the dogged determination of Gov Bello to make Kogi State an envy amongst commity of States, said his office is not resting on it oars in complementing the good works of Gov. Bello in ensuring that the State is made a hundred percent APC State come November governorship election.
