Jubilation as Reps Halims bags Royal Blessings for Road construction.
The Deputy Leader of the House of Representatives and Member Representing Ankpa, Omala and Olamaboro Federal Constituency at the House of Representatives Rt. Hon. Abdullahi Ibrahim Ali Halims has been assured of maximum support in all his political endeavours as well as future aspirations by the paramount ruler of Emekutu community, HRH Hassan Shaibu.
The traditional ruler who is designated Onu Emekutu gave the assurance as a resolution of the community during a flag off ceremony for the construction of  work on  Ikebe, Emekutu, Ufere-Ane and Olla community, a  link roads which is intended to connect Ankpa and Omala Local Government Area.
In a statement signed by Adejoh Muhammed Nasiru ,Media Adviser to the Reps, noted that the  project was solely facilitated by the Federal Lawmaker through the Federal Ministry of Special Duties and Intergovernmental Affairs with an estimated completion period of twelve weeks.
In his remarks during the ceremony, the District Head of Olla, Alhaji Dauda Abubakar described the road as a highly commendable intervention by Rep. Abdullahi Ibrahim Halims. He stressed that it has great benefits to not just the people of the benefiting communities but other rural commuters and road users.
Also speaking, the Community Leader of Emekutu, Mallam Aliyu Sani with so much excitement added that the new road project when completed would contribute greatly in reducing travel time from Emekutu to Olla and other Suburb communities of Ankpa Local Government Area such as Ufereane Ogbaloto and Ojuwo Ufereane which are badly affected by erosion menace.
On his part, the District Head of Emekutu, Mallam Hassan Ademu commended the Federal Lawmaker for his several infrastructure developments across the three Local Government Areas of his jurisdiction. He revealed that in addition to the project which is a testament that Rep. Halims is a man of his word, the community is already utilizing a solar powered borehole initiated and completed by the Deputy House Leader for the benefit of the Community.
Earlier, a Legislative Aide to Rt. Hon Halims who led a special delegation of his Principal, Hon. Ibrahim Iliyasu Angwa extolled Rep. Halims’ exemplary stewardship, assured the people of more impactful projects as he called on them to be conscious of the fact that National Assembly politics requires continuity if more dividends of democracy must come to the people.
