According to Alhaji Muritala Ajaka in a statement on Thursday said” I extend my heartfelt congratulations to Professor Ojo Joash Amupitan, (SAN) on his well-deserved nomination by President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the new Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
Professor Amupitan is undoubtedly one of the finest and most distinguished minds from Kogi State; a scholar of exceptional intellect, integrity, and commitment to public service. His appointment is a testament to the President’s recognition of competence, merit, and regional balance in leadership.
i am confident that he will deliver beyond expectations, bringing his wealth of experience, fairness, and professionalism to bear in strengthening Nigeria’s electoral system.
