Kogi Youth Assembly Endorses Tinubu, Ododo, Bello, Obaje for 2027.
Ahead of the APC National convention, the  Youth Assembly of Nigeria, Kogi State Chapter, has endorsed  President Ahmed Bola Tinubu and Governor Usman Ahmed Ododo for Continuity in office, come 2027.
This is just as the group equally endorsed former Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello for Senate, kogi central and Engineer Mustapha Obaje for House of Representatives for IgalaMela/Odolu, Idah, Ofu and Ibaji federal constituency of the state.
Addressing the Press, at a unified Press Conference,held on Monday in Lokoja ,the Speaker of YAN, Rt. Hon. Bologi Muhammed Yaba, said the the endorsement was based on consultations with traditional leaders, community influencers, women groups, and grassroots mobilizers across the constituencies.
Hon. Mohammed Yaba stated that their decision for the endorsement was driven by the needfor continuity and progress in the state and the country, while expressing confidence in the leadership of President Tinubu and Governor Ododo, saying their re-election would ensure the continued development of Kogi State and Nigeria as a whole.
In their separate speeches, Dr. Bawa Dangana, Hajia Fatima Allahdey, Amb. Maimunat Hassan,  and Hon. Sebastian, declared a no vacancy in Aso Rock and Lugard House.
They described President Tinubu and Gov Ododo as leaders who are desirous of improving the welfare of citizens, maintained that they deserved a second term to enable consolidation and sustainability of policies and programmes..
They lauded former Gov Yahaya Bello as builder of modern Kogi State, said he will do well if he represents the people of Kogi Central in the Red chamber of National Assembly adding that Engr. Mustapha Hassan Obaje has all it takes to reposition Idah Federal Constituency.
While calling on citizenry to observe their civic responsibility by getting their permanent voter cards PVC and come out to vote on the election day, urge for an overwhelming votes for all APC candidates across the country.
Youth Assembly of Nigeria with branches across 36 states and Abuja has over 5,000 members in kogi state who are determined to work seamlessly for the APC success in the forthcoming general elections.
