Gov.Bello Reminded to Implement white paper report on MAZA-KUKA, KULHO ADOGON MALLAM crises.

Governor of Niger state,Alhaji Abubakar Sani Bello have been reminded to as matter of urgency implement white paper report of the Judicial commission of inquiry into the killings and abduction of person’s of Maza -kuka, Kulho Adogon Mallam and environs of Mashegu local government area.
In an application pursuant to section 1(1)(2) and section (3)of the freedom of information Act 2011, I request for the certified True copy (CTC) of the reports of the commission of inquiry and to also remind the Governor,His exerlency Alhaji Abubakar Sani Bello to implement the white paper report.
In a reminder letter addressed to the Governor, written by BALA ZURU AND CO. a legal practitioner and a Human Right Activists,dated twenty second of November twenty twenty two, 22/11/2022 made available to Journalist’s in Minna, Stated that it is pathetic that his clients are still going through untold hardship as a result of the delay and none implementation of the white paper report by the state government.
The principal partner Bala zuru of the Bala Zuru and Co,Illele Chambers appeals to the Governor to as matter of urgency lmplement the white paper report adding that it will serves as a relief to the victims if implemented.
It will be recalled that sometimes early this year the state government had set up two committee to scrutinized the report on white paper on the judicial commission of inquiry into the case of killing, injury, and abduction in maza kuka,Kulho, Mallam adogon and environs of Mashegu local government area of Niger state for final veting.
The Chairman of the white paper committee, Dr Jonathan Wasa had disclosed in a press briefing in government House Minna after he had submitted the report of the committee to the state executive council.
He stated that the white paper committee have agreed with the findings of the committee and recommended that two committee be set up for compensation of the victims and for reconciliation.
He also mentioned at the briefing that those indicted be brought to book to serve as deterent to others.
