NCFRMI Begins 5 Day Training of Farmers In Kogi.

The National Commission for Refugees Migrants and Internally Displaced Person’s NCFRMI has organised a five day training for selected farmers in Omala local government area of Kogi state.

The training which begins today Tuesday in Government Secondary School Ogodu, November 29, 2022 is meant for 75 selected farmers across the local government area, and it is expected to run for 5 day, beginning from Tuesday 29th- Saturday 3rd , December, 2022.

The training is part of the commission’s support to key into operation go back to farm, so as to boost food production in the agricultural sector in Nigeria.

At the end of the training participants will be entitled to starter packs, insecticides, cash donations, food items to encourage them into going various types of farming techniques and improved on their previous experiences.

Already , the facilitators and professionals as well as staffs of the commission are already on ground to monitor the training, distribution of starter packs and other items billed for Saturday at the closing ceremony of the program.
