The Royal College Masaka, Nasarawa state has been awarded the best Private college in the state by the G4 Media International Abuja.
The award is coming on the heels of the 20th Anniversary celebration of the Royal College Masaka, a foremost academic institution in the country.
Speaking to Journalists on Wednesday during his visit to the school , the Chairman of G4 Media International, Hon. Emmanuel Stephen, said the award is for the recognition of their unrelented effort in moulding the character and learning of the future leaders.
The chairman noted that the Royal College Masaka has stood out among her peers in enhancing knowledge and ensure that the best is always brought out of the students for national development.
He described the school as one amongst the best in its Educational curriculum which operates the British system of Education in conjunction with the Nigeria system.
” The Reason for the Award is because the 27 Media Education Reporters and Correspondents after thorough research and finding discovered that Royal College is the best of all in Karu Local Government of Nasarawa State and Middle belt in General
He therefore assured Management, staff and students of the college of his continued support in order to take the school to greater heights.
He disclosed that the award presentation will come up on the 8th December, 2022 , stressing that it will be the first of kind in the country.
In a remark, the school Administrator, Mr.Olalusi Oluwaseun Samuel ,said the college has been on its oars in inculcating strong moral and academic vision and mission of the founder of the school , Rev. Folusho Olalusi.
According to the school administrator, the only lifetime legacy of the founder is to improve the National standard of education and he has pursued this lofty ideals with commitment and dedication to excellence.
He described the Royal College as the best institution for both students and parents and promise to uphold the tenets for upcoming generations.
Responding, the Head of Finance of the college,Mrs. Olowodagba Olabisi , said the school is not all about profit making but setting an academic standard for the younger generation.
‘ our dreams is to be the best of the best amongst others. Our main legacy is centered on Pioneering the international standard curriculum in Education and to play the social and physical Development of our people” she assured.
