Good night to Aliu Abalaka, ex. DLG Omala.

As we were deeply soaked into the preparations for our inauguration yesterday, the news that our highly respected Father, Alh. Aliu Abalaka has changed abode, came to me as a rude shock. Infact it dampened my activities all through the day.
Our late Father who was the former Director of local government, was a patriotic Omalite whose contributions to societal and human development of our land can not be easily forgotten.
Our consolation lies with the fact that he lived a fulfilled life and has impacted positively to the society and people that came in contact with him during his lifetime.
May Allah reward all his good works, forgive his limitations and bless what he left behind.
It is our prayers that God Almighty grant him peaceful repose, and comfort his family, friends and associates at this time of grief.
‘Verily we belong to Allah, and verily to Him do we return.”
