- KEEC Appoints Barr. Julius Elukpo PHD, Chairman Political Committee.
The Kogi East Elders Council has announced the appointment of Dr. Barr. Julius Elukpo as chairman , political Committee of the Council.
In a letter of appointment signed by Dr. Ahmodu Alih , GCON, Ochada Ata’Igala and Dr.Rekiya Momoh-Abaji, Chairman and Secretary respectively and made available to Treasuretimes in Lokoja noted that the committee has Chief Abdullahi Ohioma , Ambassador Abu Ocheni as members , while Mr.Alphonsus K. Alhassan will serve as secretary.
The letter added that the committee is saddled with the responsibilities of returning political power to the zone as well as ensuring political stability in the District.
While wishing him and his members, the best in the assignment, said ,the good people of the zone are looking forward to the impactful outcome of the assignment .
