On behalf of the past political office holders; 2013 – 2016 precisely; and the likes since hitherto , i hereby put up a request for your mercy upon us.
Your Excellency sir, I greet you this time with the mercy of God upon you.
Your Excellency sir, is a good thing and a good time indeed that, the Kogites are rejoicing together with you in the mercy of God for the extreme good intention you have for them.
Your Excellency sir, there is a time for everything under the earth which is real; and not static.
Therefore, there is time to have colleagues and a time also for colleagues to help colleagues in the face of difficulties.
Your Excellency sir, in the period under review,we are colleagues and I hope we are still your colleagues in the fold of past Local Government political office holders in Kogi state which added credit to the forum of the past political office holders; and most importantly as our own Excellency, what else?
However, the former governor His Excellency; Yahaya Adoza Bello though, he was not our colleagues. But, when the fingers of dwindling terrain pointed at us some years past, he tried in all ramifications for two consecutive periods and filled our mouths with laughter even right from the government house. may God Almighty continue to help him anywhere he is right now for what he did for us that time.
Your Excellency sir, to the glory of God upon you now, your time to help us is now.please, align us with you and give us food to eat – even as the civil servants are happy for prompt payment of salaries which we are also happy for that.
But Your Excellency sir, majority of us are not civil servants and I appeal to you in the name of God Almighty to help us in any way you wish so, for us to have relief from hunger menace.
Thank you our dogged and proactive Goveenor.
