Realtor, Olayinka-Martins reflects on Gov Adeleke’s giant strides in Osun, calls for support.

The Executive Chairman, BO&A Engineering, Akeem Olayinka-Martins, D.Sc has awarded pass marks to Osun state government administration led by the populist governor Ademola Adeleke for its giant strides in the area of urban transformation and infrastructure developments.
Olayinka-Martins, in a statement issued on Monday in Osogbo, stated that the governor has truly shown that he is indeed a visionary leader, authentic change agent and trusted catalyst for transformation.
“This is evident in the various developmental projects across the state including advanced road networks like dual carriageways, flyovers, bridges and electrification in various parts of the state which is not limited to the state capital alone.
The renowned realtor who also doubles as the Vice Chairman Ownership realty said Governor Adeleke’s urbanisation programmes has projected him as a transformative leader focusing on shifting Osun State development landscape through determination and courage to investment-friendly and growth-oriented state, signalling economic stability and confidence to investors.
According to him, “I could not believe what my eyes are seeing in terms of the physical transformation across the state within a short period of time. It’s awesome Governor Adeleke has transformed the state in the area of healthcare delivery (medical outreaches), rural electrification, education, water projects and utilities”.
He said that “His charismatic and populist leadership style with unmatched patience in the face of provocation has earned him people’s trust with unequaled followership in the State’s Political space”.
Olayinka-Martins however stressed further that all these engineering ingenuity are legacy projects which would outlive the governor’s tenure and serve as foundation upon which successive administration will build and therefore urges all citizens of the state to rally round the governor in his re-election bid irrespective of party affiliation.
