Hon. Umar Yahaya (Connect), has expressed profound sadness over the passing of Alhaji Yahaya Usman, former Chairman/Managing Director of Yaman Nigeria Limited, extending his heartfelt condolences to his family, associates, and the entire Igala nation.
In a condolence message, the lawmaker described the late Alhaji Yahaya Usman as an accomplished businessman, philanthropist, and community leader whose contributions to humanity and national development will never be forgotten. He noted that his death is a monumental loss to the people of Kogi State and Nigeria at large.
Hon. Umar stated that throughout his lifetime, Alhaji Yahaya Usman distinguished himself through hard work, selfless service, and a commitment to uplifting others, leaving behind a legacy that will continue to inspire generations to come.
He further noted that the late elder statesman was widely respected for his wisdom, integrity, and dedication to the progress of his community and society at large.
While mourning his demise, Hon. Umar prayed for the peaceful repose of his soul and asked Almighty God to grant his family, friends, associates, and the entire Igala nation the strength and fortitude to bear this painful and irreparable loss.
May Allah (SWT) forgive his shortcomings, reward his good deeds, and grant him Aljannatul Firdaus. Ameen.
