In his commitment to provide access for the Socio economic development of his people, the Distinguish lawmaker, Hon. Abdullahi Ibrahim Alih Halims, Deputy Majority leader of the House of Representatives, has donated five million naira to fast track the completion of Adanawo District Town Hall project.
Hon. Halims who made the donation recently noted that it was a moment of joy and a deep sense of service for him to join the Adanawo district Traditional Council, a retinue of Political leaders, Critical stakeholders and other people of goodwill today for the flagging off ceremony of Adanawo District Hall Project at the District’s headquarter, Emanyi.
He said the project was a renaissance of an age-long community desire towards which, he had sowed a seed of ₦500,000 for the ground breaking
The lawmaker added that having been impressed by the wherewithal of the Community Leader, HRH Idris Ray Akus and other stakeholders, he has to donate the sum of five million naira only (₦5,000,000) to predate with his erstwhile contribution.
According to him “While looking forward to a swift construction work, it is important to note that it is through gestures like this that the Ankpa Township Hall initiated and completed by the Ankpa Chapter of Igala Consultative Forum came to life.
“I used the opportunity of the occasion to call on well meaning individuals to vote massively for all APC candidates in the forthcoming elections in order to drive home more dividends of democracy”
