Kogi State Governor Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo have been praised for his efforts towards promoting the policies and Programmes of Youth development in the state.
The National president of Olamaboro Local Government Students Association, Comrade Shaibu Sunday, disclosed this when he led the National Executive of Olamaboro National student Association on a familiarising visit to the Commissioner for Youth and Sports Development Hon Monday A Anyebe in His office in Lokoja.
Comrade Shaibu Sunday said the efforts of the present administration under Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo is commendable especially the youth empowerment and Sporting activities in the state.
Comrade Shaibu Sunday said they were in the Commissioner’s office to declared their total support and loyalty to the Governor Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo Government for being with Youth in the state.
The Olamaboro Local Government National president Student Association said the quality leadership displayed so far for the state Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo in Youth Programmes in the impressive, saying they will continue support and work with the commissioner and Governor Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo towards the progress and growth of the state.
Comrade Shaibu Sunday espressd appreciation to the Governor Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo for appointing Hon Monday A Anyebe as Commissioner for Youth and Sports Development stressing they are happy with the for appointment.
Comrade Shaibu Sunday said on behalf of Olamaboro National student body promise of their total support for the Governor Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo led administration in the state.
Speaking, the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Student Affairs Mr. Isah Emmanuel called on the youth in Olamaboro Local Government Area and the state generally to support the present administration under Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo for more devidence of Youth policies and Programmes in the state.
Mr. Isah Emmanuel so far the have done well especially on the Bussey allowance for indigines in all higher institution in the country.
Responding the Commissioner for Youth and Sports Development Hon Monday A Anyebe described their visit as timely, saying he is happy to see them in his office as their own from the same Local Government Area council.
Hon Monday A Anyebe said the present administration under Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo has done well for the Youth emancipation and empowerment in the state.
The Commissioner said Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo has total passion for Youth development and progress stressing that the Governor is doing everything possible to continue in that direction at all times.
Hon Monday A Anyebe assured them of his commitment, loyalty and support their Association saying he ready to receive them at any time promise to look into their various request adding that the Government of Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo will Carry them along in the scheme of things in the state.
