GYB-PYB; Niger Youths Urged to support Yahaya Bello’s Presidency.

Leadership has been described as the ability to motivate and direct others to want to struggle for shared aspirations, which leads to achieving a common goal.
The Director, research and development in the Niger State college of Education ( COE), Minna, Dr. Sule Mohammed Stated this in a paper he presented at a public lecture series organized by the Niger State chapter for Governor Yahaya Bello for President ( GYB). held at Abdulsalam Abubakar youth center in Minna at the weekend.
He noted that this will be achievable when the leader is committed to a vision or mission, understands his or her role, demonstrates integrity, set an example understands how to motivate the behaviour of others and willing to take risk.
According to him Nigeria as a nation in the last sixty years of her independent has one issue that has dominated it’s political discourse which is leadership and good governance, effective leadership and political stability.
He noted that as Nigeria moves from one transition to another, the issues of effective leadership and good governance has gained widespread discussion among elites and followers
Concerns over the failure of leadership and good governance to meet the expectations of the people, Dr. Ndako stated that people are echoed by the same people.on what is wrong with us as a nation.
Earlier in his welcome address at the occasion the organizer of the sensitization public lecture to create awarenesses on the impact of leadership and good governance to the citizenry the Niger state chapter of Governor Yahaya Bello support group for GYP 2023,Engr Suleiman Abubakar said that Nigeria problems is the unwillingness or inability of it leaders to rise to their responsibilities as leaders.
He mentioned that there is nothing wrong with Nigeria as a country, but the inability of the leaders to deliver the dividend of democracy to the people hence the need for the youths to be involved in politics,to vote and be voted for.
He salute the courage of Governor Yahaya Bello (GYB) of Kogi state who has Shown interest to contest the position of President of the country come 2023.
He then use the opportunity to called on the youth’sto be involved in politics and to support Yahaya Bello (GYB) for President 2023 so that youths can move the country forward
